Young Peoples Awards Day

Once again this year, Merseyside County will be hosting a Young Peoples Award Day to recognise all those young people who have achieved their ‘Top Awards’ in the last twelve months.

The Date : Saturday 12th November 2016

Venue : St Peter and Paul, Liverpool Road, Crosby

Times : Beaver Scouts (Bronze) at 10.30am, Cub Scouts (Silver) at 12.30pm and Scouts / Explorers / Network at 2.30pm

Bookings are now open for 2016. Follow these simple steps to book your young people in to attend :

Step 1 :
Download a Registration Form (from the link below) and either post it or e-mail it to County Office by no later than Sunday the 9th October 2016.

Step 2 : Once the 9th October has passed, we will e-mail you an ‘Award Names Confirmation Form’ - you will need to complete the list of names of all the young people you are bringing.

Step 3 : You return the completed ‘Award Names Confirmation Form’ by e-mail to County Office by no later than 31st  October.

Step 4 : We will e-mail you the final details, along with a letter for you to give to those members you are bringing

Step 5 : You attend the day !

Final information will be sent out to leaders directly. If you do not receive this, please contact the County Office on 0151 707 2671.

Please note : that the closing date for sending in the registration form may be brought forward from the 9th October should the numbers attending exceed the maximum allowed in the venue.
