If you are thinking of going abroad, then you should first complete the 'Thinking Of Going Abroad' form and send it to the Asst County Commissioner (International) alongwith a Stamped, Self Addressed A4 envelope.
You will then receive your PC Abroad form pack.

These can only be issued if the Thinking of Going Abroad Form is completed and returned. Applications for Going Abroad must be received at least Two Months before the planned visit for Europe and at least Six months before for the rest of the world.
