Birkenhead District covers Birkenhead and it's suburbs, spreading across to Thingwall in the west and down to Rock Ferry in the south. Birkenhead is an active district with a real focus on youth and adventure, which can be reflected  by our active inclusion of young people in important roles in the district. We aim to provide a balanced programme of adventure and personal development. 

Birkenhead district covers Arrowe Park, which was the site of the 1929 3rd World Scout Jamboree. Birkenhead has a rich history in scouting, laying our claim as having the oldest scout group and district in the world.
