• The Re-development of the Beaver Scout Section of the county website to include a photo archive & document store.
• New mailings, both paper & electronic to all Beaver leaders.
• Look at new ways to communicate within the county and externally to other members & non-members.

• Once a year programme support sessions - delivered in three locations in the evenings - agreed themes
• Weekend residential within the next two years - for all leaders
• Back of ‘newsletter’ to include ‘good practice’ examples

• How do we as a section want to celebrate the Scouting Centenary on 2007
• Do we want a celebration event?
• Celebration Badge

This Section of the plan will include:

• Support materials for bringing the Int Dimension in their programme
• Encourage colonies to achieve International Friendship Award
• Develop links between colonies in the UK and abroad.
