Assistant County Commissioner - Beaver Scouts

The role is responsible for supporting and developing the Beaver Scout Section across the Merseyside County, ensuring the effective
operation of the Section in accordance with the rules as laid down in POR of The Scout Association.

These roles are an opportunity for two people to join with the dynamic Merseyside Scouts Web Team and help develop what is one of the most important communications tools within the County, making sure all content is appropriate, the message being given by the site is consistent and it is to the highest standard.

Connect Editor

We are currently looking for an editor for the renewed Connect publication - the Merseyside County Scout Council Newsletter. This role will be a key part in developing Connect into a useful and productive communication medium within Merseyside County. The publication will include news articles, stories, upcoming events as well as other features.

Local Training Managers

Local Training Managers are responsible to the Assistant County Commissioner for Adult Support and are appointed by the County, in consultation with the relevant District Commissioner.

We are currently looking for them in the following areas -

Formby District
Knowsley District
Picton District
Southport District
